Purpose

Chairperson

  1. Serves one-year term beginning in
  2. Prepares agenda and conducts meetings
  3. Communicates actions of committee to Consistory
  4. Recruits members
  5. Works with other committees and the Pastor
  6. Communicates necessary information for newsletter and announcements

Secretary

  1. Serves one-year term beginning in
  2. Takes minutes of the meetings
  3. Ensures that minutes are given to the church secretary by the Wednesday before Consistory meeting
  4. Serves in absence of chairperson

Members of  Committee

  1. Serve two-year term beginning in January (terms are staggered so that 1 term expires each year)
